Rubicon Bay

In the history of Eliot Building Company, the Rubicon Bay house is our most custom project to date; including a full-build residence and a renovation of the cabin next door. This residence is a three-story lake-front home situated in Rubicon Bay on Lake Tahoe's western shore. The name-of-the-game on this project has been "adaptability." As plans have evolved, we have worked ceaselessly with the owners and given our best input to ensure the future residents have the house they were dreaming of.

As the General Contractors on this project, we ourselves have handled the framing, fine stone-work, much of the metal-fabrication, siding, and all of the custom wood-finish work.
